Our two historic buildings are for sale as a package: $335,000. At left is the former Lubec library which was restored and renovated to serve as a real estate office before it became the gallery for ARTWORKSOFMAINE paintings and fine crafts. There is a wonderful studio apartment upstairs. The larger building was the former Lubec Grange. The upstairs ballroom has been restored and the beautiful theatre stage remains in orginal condition. The flooring is gorgeous hard rock maple. Visual and performing arts were scheduled in the grange since 2012.

The ground floor of the Grange building. 2 bathrooms, public water, private septic. This well preserved historically important building has hosted many many comunity activities since 1906. Kitchen area behind the back wall with unique serving windows.
The Grange upstairs ballroom has hosted many kinds of events over the years. FIFTY original (rare) antique double-seated wooden folding chairs provide seating for 100. Seventy metal folding chairs are available too.
Our "Paint and Wine NIghts" in the Grange were so popular. Invited teachers instructed with supplies provided to all. Fabulous summer fun!
